LG Opens the Door for 3D TV

The Korean company LG Electronics has presented its 42” Full HD LCD TV with the possibility of depicting 3D objects. And the creating of 3D illusion doesn’t require any additional accessories like 3D glasses.
The producer has not yet disclosed all the secrets of how such an outstanding result was reached, but noticed, that to see the 3D effect the spectator must stay on the strict distance from the screen.

The screen resolution is suitable for growing in popularity HD-format,  1920 x 1080 pixels. The LG technology, applied in M4200D display, consists in using the system of special lenses and prisms on inner surface of LCD panel, and the image, depicted on the screen, must pass preliminary encoding.
